NorseGlovesMW was established in the summer of 2015. Since then NorseGlovesMW instagram account has grown to have over 1.5K followers. We are capible of catering to all of your glove needs including buying, selling, trading baseball gloves.

NorseGlovesMW was founded by two Division III college baseball player from Luther College in Decorah, IA. Since then, the account has shifted owners and is now ran solely by Nate Whitham.

A little bit about Nate Whitham and his baseball background.

He was a 2012 high school graduate from the state of Iowa. He then went on to play baseball for Luther College in the fall of 2012. In 2013, as a freshman, he finished second in the conference with a 1.95 ERA in 37 innings. After the season he returned home to pitch in a summer league. After his first outting, he walked away with a sore arm and did not pitch again for the rest of the summer.

Upon returning to school in the fall he was still not 100%, and he rehabbed the whole fall and winter to be ready for when the season started. When the season rolled around, he was still not 100% myself, but he still managed to log 24 2/3 innings. After the season, he went under the knife for a suprascapular nerve decompression. Meaning the nerve that leads to the muscle on your scapula was being pinched by a ligament. This injury is fairly uncommon injury, so going in he knew the surgery may not solve my issue.

After undergoing the surgery, he was able to begin rehab to get back to throwing in time to be ready for my junior season. Ultimately, he was never the same player that he was my freshman year and logged a total of 16 inning my junior and senior year combined.

In his junior and senior year his team made their conference tournament, after not making it during his freshman and sophomore years. His senior season the Norse finished 3rd in the regular season, and swept their conference tournament to make it to regionals. They ended the season with a 34-14 record, setting the school record for wins in a season. The Norse won more games his senior year than his freshman and sophomore year combined.

After his playing career ended, he returned to Luther College in the fall of 2016 to help coach during the fall season. Currently, he is an assisstant volunteer sophomre level coach at his former high school while still trying to finish his degree.
